How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
Shipping and handling charges are based on the merchandise total for each delivery address. Please see our Shipping Charges for details.
Rush Delivery
Fees per address for Rush Delivery service are calculated in addition to regular Shipping Charges.
Outside the contiguous 48 states
Items ordered over the Internet to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are delivered by our common carrier or Air Parcel Post and are subject to the same delivery charges described above, plus an additional $5 for Standard Delivery and $15 for Rush Delivery.
What shipping options are available?
- Standard Shipping
Most purchases are shipped from our Utah warehouse are shipped withing 24-28 hours. A shipping confirmation email will be sent out to you once that product has been shipped with a UPS tracking number. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.
- Rush Delivery
For an extra charge per address, we can arrange for rush delivery to most destinations. (If we receive your order by 3 pm MST Monday through Thursday, your order will be shipped that day; orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped on Monday.)
How long will it take to receive my personalized item?
Your personalized order will ship within 24-48 hours after receiving your order. We offer Expedited Handling for an additional $4. Orders with Expedited Handling ship same day if ordered by 3pm MST Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 3pm MST will ship the following day. You can also select 2nd Day Air to receive your order in 2-3 business days.
Please remember that we create each gift individually for you or your recipient. Some of our items may take longer and cannot be expedited. The extra personalization time is listed on the product pages. For questions about specific products and circumstances, please contact us by phone.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will be notified when your order ships from our offices. When available, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
