How do I know if an item is on back order or is no longer available?
As you shop, we will let you know if an item is on back order or is no longer available. If the item is on back order, we will tell you the date when we expect it to be available for shipment.

Will Signature Baby confirm my online order?
Yes. If you provide your email address when placing an order, we will send you a confirmation notice within 24 hours.

How can I check the status of an online order?
When your item has been shipped we will e-mail a UPS or USPS tracking number. You can use this to track your order online at ups.com. You may also login to your account by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of your page to see if your order has been shipped or not.

What kind of browser do I need in order to make online purchases from Signature Baby?
To make purchases online from this site, you must have an SSL-enabled browser like Microsoft Internet Explorer. We test our site on new versions of browsers and do our best to offer optimal experience on the latest versions of all browsers & platforms. Our site is optimized for Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6.0. If you are using AOL and you are experiencing problems, try using Internet Explorer on your computer while connected to AOL.

Can I send items as gifts?
Everyone loves to open presents, especially when the wrapping itself is a treat. For just $3.00 each, your gifts can be wrapped in our exclusive boy or girl wrapping tied with a ribbon. Packages are finished with gift card with your personal message.

What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

Can I order by Telephone?
You can always place an order by telephone between the hours of 10:00 am-6:00 pm MST by calling 1.800.716.2448.

What is the correct way to list initials for a monogram?
When selecting a style for your monogram, keep in mind that the order of initials varies according to the style.

For monogram styles in which the center letter is taller than the others, the order of initials is traditionally first/last/middle. For example, if your name is Laura Marie Clark, the monogram would be LCM.

For styles in which all letters are equal in size, the order of initials should be first/middle/last. In this case, the monogram would be LMC.

How are shipping and handling charges calculated?
Shipping and handling charges are based on the merchandise total and weight for each delivery address. Please see our Shipping Charges for details.

Rush Delivery
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3-Day Select via UPS are available if you require your item sooner.

Outside the contiguous 48 states
Items ordered over the Internet to be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states are delivered by our common carrier or Air Parcel Post and are subject to the same delivery charges described above.

What shipping options are available?
Most purchases are shipped from our Utah warehouse and scheduled to ship within 24-48 hours from receipt of your order. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email.

Priority Mail and UPS
Priority mail is a postal service method of shipping, it is not insured and Signature Baby, Inc is not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise. Priority mail is a 2-3 day service from the date of shipment. UPS is a guaranteed shipping method and in the event your package is lost or damaged your shipment is insured. UPS will take 1-5 business days to arrive from the date it is shipped.

How long will it take to receive my personalized item?
Your personalized order will ship within 24-48 hours after receiving your order. Orders with Expedited Handling ship same day if ordered by 3pm MST Monday-Thursday. Orders placed after 3pm MST will ship the following day. You can also select 2nd Day Air, next day air to receive your order in 1-2 business days.

Please remember that we create each gift individually for you or your recipient. Some of our items may take longer and cannot be expedited. The extra personalization time is listed on the product pages. For questions about specific products and circumstances, please contact us by phone.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will be notified when your order ships from our offices. When available, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.

Can I return a personalized item?
Signature Baby stands behind the quality of every product we sell. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, except when there is a quality concern. If your order it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund.

Cancellations and changes must be made by 2:00 p.m. MST of the same day you place your order. To insure that your change is received, use the contact form on the website, or call our customer service department at 1-800-716-2448.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 60 days of receipt.

I made a mistake on the item I ordered. Can I get a replacement?
We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!), especially on spelling and dates! Take special care when reviewing your order. Check your spelling, dates and names carefully. In the event that you made an error and need a replacement, we offer it to you at a 20% discount. Of course, if we made the error, we will send a replacement item at no charge to you.

Why can't I add items to the shopping basket?
The browser that you are using may not be set up to support Cookies, or you may have Cookies turned off.

Without Cookies enabled, you will not be able to add items to your shopping cart. "Cookies" are small text files that are placed on your computer in order to identify your shopping cart on our Web site. To enable Cookies, set your security level to medium.

How can I unsubscribe from your discounts and special offers email newsletter?
Signature Baby sends out discounts and special offers to email newsletter subscribers who opt-in to our promotions. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, please email remove@signaturebaby.com.

How fast can you deliver my gift?
The standard time is 1 - 2 days for embroidery and we then ship according to the method you select. We currently ship by UPS and USPS, depending on how long it takes UPS ground to ship from Utah, it will be 1 - 5 days. If you prefer a faster delivery time, just select one of the faster shipping options. Don't hesitate to call Signature Baby at 1-800-716-2448. If you need the gift ASAP and we will try to accommodate you.

Do all items include a free monogram?
No, certain items include personalization but not all.

Can you put extra lettering or words?
Yes, call 800-716-2448 for pricing.

Is your monogramming done in house (on premises)?
Yes, Signature Baby does all monogramming personally with great attention to detail.

Is my credit card information safe when submitting order?
Yes, you personal information is sent via a secured socket layer. Then, your information is entered into a credit card machine as seen in retail stores.

Did I pick the best monogram choice?
If there is a better or more appropriate monogram or lettering style (font) choice for your product, Signature Baby will make the final adjustment.

Did I pick the right color?
Color of embroidery threads vary. Example, like pink, medium pink, hot pink, mean different things to different people. Signature Baby will make appropriate color choice for the product.

Will Signature Baby pick the best size monogram for my product?
Size of monograms will vary. Signature Baby will make the final decision depending on appropriate size & placement for the product selected.

What can I put on the blanket?
Your message may consist of baby's names, birth statistics, poems, personal messages, etc. Each line can have up to 10 large letters.

What are the most popular items you sell?
Our personalized items are the most popular, but all of them sell really well.

Signature Baby's Return and exchange policy on bracelets
We will be happy to exchange it for whatever size you need within 14 days from the date you placed your order. Just mail us the item in a padded envelope with a copy of your receipt and $3 for shipping and we will mail you the right one. ( It must be in it.s original condition) If you ordered the wrong size with your personalized name bracelet we can resize it for $3 plus shipping total of $6.

What is your return policy on bracelets?
No Refunds only Cheerful Exchanges within 14 days. No Returns on special order items and Sale items, ( special items include children.s name bracelets )You must have your receipt and it must be in its original condition. Just mail us the item in a padded envelope with a copy of your receipt and $2 for shipping and we will mail you the exchanged item.

What if my jewelry tarnishes?
Sterling silver will tarnish as it is exposed to air and water. You might not want to wear your jewelry in a swimming pool, or in the bath. Use a special treated cleaning cloth , for very tarnished pieces use a liquid cleaner as directed then the treated cloth.

How will my bracelets be shipped?
We will ship US Mail, Priority Mail, UPS Ground, 3-day select, 2nd day Air, or Overnight.

What if my jewelry needs repair?
If your hand-made beaded jewelry should break after the 30 day period for whatever reason, we will fix it for a minimal fee: Children.s and baby bracelets- $3 plus shipping $4.50 total (Add tax in Utah).
